We're Hiring

Carrickfergus Elim Pentecostal Church is seeking a full‑time Youth Pastor (37.5 hours per week) who will lead our youth ministry with passion, creativity and spiritual maturity.

The Youth Pastor will shape and lead a vibrant, Christ‑centred ministry for young people, helping them grow in faith, discipleship and mission. You will build strong relationships, create environments where young people can encounter God, disciple them intentionally, and equip them to serve within the life of the church.

 

You will work closely with the Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor and Safeguarding Officer, and play an active part in the wider vision and ministry of Carrickfergus Elim Pentecostal Church.

• Loves Jesus deeply and models a mature, Spirit‑filled Christian life

• Has a clear calling to youth ministry and discipleship

• Can teach the Bible faithfully and relevantly

• Builds strong, appropriate pastoral relationships with young people

• Can plan and lead engaging programmes, events and outreach

• Is organised, relational, prayerful and full of faith for the next generation

 

Due to the nature of this role, there is a genuine occupational requirement that the post‑holder is a born‑again Christian and able to agree with Elim’s foundational truths.
