Our church is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for everyone, especially children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We take safeguarding seriously and work to promote their welfare through appropriate policies, procedures, and training. Protecting Children
Children depend on adults to keep them safe. Every Elim church working with children—whether directly or indirectly—is committed to safeguarding the young people in our care. We do this by providing safe, stable, and nurturing environments where children can flourish and reach their full potential.
Supporting Vulnerable Adults
We recognise that some adults in our churches need additional protection, care, and support due to vulnerability, whether temporary or ongoing. We are also mindful that relationships of trust exist throughout our communities, and these thrive best in healthy environments characterised by openness, transparency, and accountability.
